We recently upgraded our server with the latest version of ASSP. This opensource solution provides effective defense against spam, phishing.
We have installed a new support ticketing system
In an effort to better support our users, we have installed a new support system that will allow us to accept and track support issues. We hope that this will help us maintain a consistent level of service.
We have upgraded our FTP services
We recently had an issue with our old FTP software, resulting in our user database becoming corrupted. In response we have upgraded our FTP server to a new and more robust software package that allows for everything we had before as well as secure FTP. If you have any issues please open a support issue through our new support system.
